Very good condition. Good margins. A fine clean impression on cream laid paper. Appears to never been either framed or matted. The image depicts the church at Old Tucson Studios, just west of the Tucson Mountains. The church and other surrounding structures were originally built for the movie "Arizona" filmed in 1939.
