Comments:
Very good condition. Small margins as issued. Printed on white wove paper. Attached along the top margin to the original backing sheet, does not appear to be harming the printed sheet. Jacobs studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and at Hull House, where he also taught. Depiction of militaristic oppression was a common theme in his work. "Undeclared War" is very similar to Jacobs print "Persecution" prepared for the portfolio "A Gift to Biro-Bidjan: Chicago, 1937 - From Despair to New Hope."
