Comments:
Very good condition. Good margins. A near perfect print, absolutely clean, and appears to have never been matted. The artist, commonly listed as Mabel McKibbin Farmer, depicts a scene of the interior of Farmer's Inverness, California, home. Exhibited at the 1939 New York World's Fair and illustrated in the Graphics Arts section of the influential companion volume American Art Today (Arms et al. 1939:268 #906). Exhibited in 1940 at the Golden Gate International Exposition held at the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco (Pepper 1940:162 #1918).
