Very good condition. Good margins. A deep impression printed on cream laid paper. In the 1930's Linn was employed by the Northern California WPA Art Education Program. He also became affiliated with a San Francisco group known as the "Thirteen Watercolorists," founded by artists Maurice Logan and Maynard Dixon, the group organized a series of annual exhibitions at the San Francisco Museum of Art beginning in the spring of 1937.
