Comments:
Very good condition. Good margins. Strong impression on cream laid paper. Alternatively titled, Santo Domingo Great Corn Dance. This pueblo image appears on the cover of American Indian Ceremonial Dances (1972) a reprint and slightly altered version of Patterns and Ceremonials of the Indians of the Southwest (1949). A gift inscription from Moskowitz appears in the lower margin, it reads, "to Edna and Walker Winslow." Walker Winslow was an interviewer and writer for the New Mexico WPA Federal Writer's Project.
