Excellent condition. Good margins. Printed on fine off-white Japan paper. This particular print was exhibited at the Print Club of Philadelphia. An accompanying artist signed receipt reads:
The Print Club of Philadelphia, 1614 Latimer Street, Third Annual Exhibition of American Block Prints, March 8th to 27th, 1929,

The Hopi village of Moenkopi, Arizona, located west of Third Mesa, is also the most western of all Hopi communities. It was originally a farming outpost for larger Hopi villages on Third Mesa (for instance Oraibi). In the 1870's it was established as a separate village. "Moencopi" is an older variant spelling of the more current and commonly used "Moenkopi."
