Very good condition. Good margins. A large, clean, and strong impression on light brown Japan paper. Beall (2002) states the date as 1943, however Beall and Kiehl (1991) state circa 1942. There is slight tape skinning in the extreme upper left corner, but it is well away from the image. In the American Print Collection of the Library of Congress (Beall 2002:476). Illustrated in Graphic Expressions: American Prints in Black and White, 1900-1950 (Beall and Kiehl 1991, Plate 95).
