Excellent condition. Good margins. Printed on white Arches - France (watermarked) wove paper. Has never been either matted or framed. John Haley's home was near San Francisco Bay in San Pablo, California, The view across the Bay toward "The City," was the obvious influence for a number of images, including this one, produced by this excellent artist.
