Very good condition. Slight toning from previous matting, masking tape on margins of verso. Romando Vigil, who signed his work with his Native American name, Tse Ye Mu (Falling Cloud), was one of the second wave of watercolor artists to come out of San Ildefonso Pueblo, New Mexico.
