Very good condition. Good Margins. A fine impression on cream laid paper with partial watermark. White states in the catalogue raisonné that Partridge had noted that the image was "Drawn Christmas 1924." The etching was probably carried out the following year. Hobart Mills was a lumber mill located on Prosser Creek near Truckee, California. The lumber mill buildings may be seen center right in the etching.
