Comments:
Very good condition. Appears to have never been either matted or framed. Good margins. Printed on cream wove paper. A few handling marks along the top margin, but well away from the impression. A WPA print created while Ferguson was employed by the Flint, Michigan, Federal Art Program. Michigan artist, Edward Ferguson, is commonly referenced as both Edward R. Ferguson, Jr., and Ed Ferguson, with many of his WPA lithographic images, such as this one, depicting rural farm landscapes.
